MetaSlider loads on the page with a little checkmark on the top left corner.

    The MetaSlider loads on the page with a little checkmark on the top left corner. When it has this checkmark, the hover does not work and I am not able to toggle the arrows or use the navigation buttons at the bottom. If I refresh the page, it works fine. It does this on every page until it is refreshed, but I can’t expect users of my website to know that… Can you help me fix this?

    https://www.caitlindasdesign.com is the url in question. Metaslider is used on each of the portfolio pages, not on the homepage (that was a slider that came with the theme).

    Thanks for the link. Which browser are you using? I don’t see the checkmark in Chrome or FireFox (maybe you fixed it? it will be a css conflict from your theme)

    I’ve been switching between Chrome and Firefox, and have had friends from other computers navigate to my page and see the same issue.

    Plus, I’m still seeing it on my end.

    Could you please help me resolve the conflicting CSS from my theme, or assess a way to edit the MetaSlider CSS to fit with my theme?

    The slideshow on your homepage looks like a theme slider – not Meta Slider, could you put Meta Slider back on so I can see the problem?

    As I said in my earlier post, the MetaSlider is used on each of the portfolio pages, not on the home page.

    The author of the theme has gotten back to me and rectified the problem.

    Are you able to help me with the way MetaSlider responds to a mobile view? It doesn’t fit edge to edge, so it looks really small. Is there a way to amend this?

    I checked a few portfolio items but couldn’t see it, I’ve found one now though (https://www.caitlindasdesign.com/?portfolio=image-nation-films).

    The mobile resizing issue will be down to the theme also, did you get it sorted (it looks correct to me)?
