MetaSlider failing to load

    Hi

    The issue can be found here: https://www.annotax.com
    The preview works: No
    It works with other themes: No
    It works when I disable all other plugins: No
    Meta Slider version: 3.3.5

    As soon I enable the plugin, front-end opens with a blank page and nothing renders, admin works but going to the MetaSlider section in admin panel stops rendering the page with the message in console “sortable is not a function.”

  • Hi there,

    Are you able to test whether switching the theme works i.e. switching to one of the default WordPress themes?

    If we can determine whether it’s the theme or plugin causing the issue we should be able to resolve it.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    A little bit better but just not there yet even with theme twenty fifteen and no other plugin activated.

    Width is shown as zero here for the image in the slider.

    No change at the admin side. Meta Slider tab fails to load fully with error in console “sortable is not a function.”.

    Which version of Meta Slider do you have installed?

    If you look in the network tab do you see any assets/files not being returned?

    I just updated an old backup on local server and it seems to be working. I guess issue is with some other file being corrupted. Will test some more at my end as well.
