Metabox causes fatal error

    I just updated my plugins and got a whitescreen of death. After moving plugin folders, it seems metabox caused the problem. I deleted the folder entirely.

    To try if some files were just corrupt, I tried installing the plugin again from the wordpress backend and got following error:

    Could not activate plugin because it caused a fatal error.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'switch' (T_SWITCH), expecting identifier (T_STRING) in /var/www/link/to/my/website/wp/wp-content/plugins/meta-box/inc/sanitizer.php on line 60

    Hi, I have the same problem after i update with the message:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/www/publicphoto.ro/wp-content/plugins/meta-box/inc/fields/file.php on line 463

    we are getting above error message

    Hi, My current theme requires metabox. It says it needs to be installed when I do I get the following error.

    Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.

    I cant see this anywhere on my system?
