Meta title not work custom post type custom title format

Hi i need your support for my website meta title not work custom post type custom title format as an expected format.

here is my post edit area setting https://prntscr.com/jorbld
but it does not work as an expected format. https://prntscr.com/jorbxx

please help me to solve this problem.
