meta title, description and robots for author page

Please add meta box for author page so we eaisly can control this. At least add it so we can enable the meta box for author user page via hooks.

This is an example to modify meta title of the author page with code:

@rilwis this is a temporary solution and I would like a filter to enable the meta box for individual authors. Most users who have authors want to control this. But make it enable via hook.

and to control the archive meta make it an settings page like special pages or something. Most want to control that as well and when it’s a multilingual site I think it’s much easier to gather such in the UI.
