meta tags and titles dosnt work on setting page

im using an hebrew version of wordpress so i try to make it clear…
The section of the Meta tags and titles at the SEO menu at the sidebar (the second choice) shows a blank page. only the titles of subcategory is showing up, like: Home page, Post type, Taxonomy etc. but the main page, where you writing the function that you want to desply, like %%home_title%%, is showing a blank page.
Im working with this plug on many hebrew sites and it never did this problem. I also tried the Development version (and search a similar threat in here) but non of them really help with that.
