Meta Tags

in the header.php file for my site, https://www.diveneycue.com/wordpress/, the following information is contained:

` <meta name=”description” content=”Use no more than 255 characters”>
<meta name=”keywords” content=”12 unique search terms separated by a comma and space”>
<meta name=”copyright” content=”Copyright YourCompany – 2008″>
<meta name=”author” content=”Author: Your Name/Company”>
<meta name=”email” content=”Email: [email protected]”>

but the header.php file feeds all the pages of my site. so how do i generate a unique description and keywords for each page of my site?
