Hello!
Due to the complicated nature of WordPress and The SEO Framework, and the convoluted impact SEO settings have on your site, I don’t recommend following guides like the one from Genesis Clubbers blindly. Yes, it’s an excellent guide, and I support it! But, if you don’t understand their reasoning behind each option change, and the impact on SEO they yield, it’s best not to change them.
For now, I highly recommend switching back to the default SEO settings via the “Reset Settings” button at the top, follow our 10-settings, 10-minute setup guide (although, most users spend 4 minutes on that page…), and see if your meta tags and titles work again.
I had to do a bit of digging in your forum-activity to see what might cause this situation. The only thing I could conclusively find is that you’re using the GeneratePress theme. That one won’t make titles and tag disappear. So, I’m a bit flabbergasted as to why your meta-and title tags are disappearing.
It might be a conflicting object caching plugin, in combination with incorrect Post Type settings. However, none of these should make the <title>
tag disappear; WordPress outputs that tag–we merely change the contents.
We can more conclusively tell if you’d be able to share the URL of your website; after inspecting a few thousand sites, I believe my eye is trained to spot anomalies ?? You can do so more confidentially the moment you open a new topic; there’s a dedicated input-field for that.
I hope this provides a more solid bedrock! Cheers ??
