Meta Slider stopped working after updating to wordpress Version 4.9.6

Can you disable the autoplay so I can take a look? It seems that it’s not working with images that do not have a link. It’s difficult to debug with the autoplay on though. Thanks.

I disabled the autoplay.
looks like the problem is due to
Lazy load images from jetpack
“Improve your site’s speed by only loading images visible on the screen. New images will load just before they scroll into view. This prevents viewers from having to download all the images on a page all at once, even ones they can’t see.”

so even the image exists as below
https://slsaj.com/slsaj/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/EF1-1.jpg
but it tries to load
https://slsaj.com/slsaj/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/lazy-images/images/1×1.trans.gif

by disabling lazy load option, it could be solved.
anyway, previously it worked, any suggestions? or the only option is to disable lazy load?

Hmm maybe jetpack added a new approach to lazyload? Could you disable it and try another lazyload plugin? Alternatively you could try FlexSlider if that works?

Running 4.9.6 and encountered the same issue, with a slightly different solution.

I had to disable both lazy load in Jetpack and turn off the caching provided by WP Super Cache. If either of those was enabled, Meta Slider would not load my images.
