    Hi,

My home page Meta Slider does not fit to the page width and displays all slides down the page, not in a scrolling format. This is only on the home page, I have the same slider on other pages with no problem. It also only seems to be when using Safari, it is fine on Mozilla Firefox. I have checked in dashboard and there are no updates for any plug-ins.

    Can any one advise???

    Thanks

  • Hi there,

I’m not seeing the required JavaScript files for Meta Slider to load correctly.

    Can you check the following:

    – ‘Print JS’ and ‘Print CSS’ are both enabled for the slider, in the Advanced Settings
    – wp_footer(); exists in the footer.php theme file (I see you’re using the Vantage theme so this should be the case unless it’s been removed)

If both of the above are correct the next thing I’d check would be to deactivate the other plugins you have and retest.

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Hi,

I seem to have sorted the problem. The home page slider was not set to smart crop within in the advanced settings, it seems ok now.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

The slider still doesn’t appear to be working for me?

    Thanks,
    Dave
