    Hello,

I am wondering if someone can help me with resolving an issue or has an answer for the following:

I understand that Meta Slider (Version 3.3.1) is suppose to be responsive but the Google Mobile-Friendly Test tool is telling me the following…

    Page appears not mobile-friendly
    Content wider than screen
    Links too close together

The width and height is: 960×300

I tried reducing the width to 800 but it still failed the Mobile-Friendly Test.

Many posts (not all) on my site (https://internettvdotcom.com/) passed the mobility test with flying colors but my homepage which is where Meta Slider appears is causing the “not mobile-friendly” issue. When I deactivate the Meta Slider on my homepage and run the test it passes the mobile test.

Is there a solution for the mobility issue when using the Google Mobile-Friendly Test tool which we have to use to ensure our site passes the upcoming Google mobile algorithm?

By the way, I have the free version of Meta Slider. Would upgrading to the paid version correct the Meta Slider Not Mobile-Friendly issue?

    Update:

I removed the caption from each image with long sentences, thinking that would past the Google Mobile-Friendly Test – It didn’t.

In Settings the Meta Slider was set to R. Slides, so I decided to experiment with settings for Flex Slider, Nivo Slider, and Coin Slider.
    R. Slider, Flex Slider, and Nivo Slider all failed the Google Mobile-Friendly Test.

When I selected Coin Slider and ran the Google Mobile-Friendly Test again, it past. No more issues. However, this is not the settings I want nor look.

I changed the slider dimensions to 960×480 but the images I uploaded for the slider don’t have those dimensions. I can’t think of anything else.

Could someone tell me why the Google Mobile-Friendly Test doesn’t past for R. Slider, Flex Slider, and Nivo Slider?

Could the issue have something to do with the size of my images (width and height), which are not 960×480?
