Meta Slider Lite Plugin Not Working When Logged Out

  • I added the Meta Slider plugin to this website –> but it is not visible when I log out from WordPress and also it was visible until yesterday when I logged in, but now, when I log in, it doesn’t show up. I’m using Meta Slider Lite, version 2.2. I have checked footer.php and it has the ‘<?php wp_footer(); ?>’ and I have the shortcode also placed like this ‘echo do_shortcode(“[metaslider id=123(my own code)]”);’. Thanks for the help.

  • Hi Sulavv,

    The code is being placed on the page correctly, but something is stripping out the images.

    Could you try disabling all other plugins? Start with JetPack and any user restriction plugins. You’ll probably find one that’s causing the conflict, if you could let me know which one it is i’ll take a look.

    Thanks for the quick response. The plugins that are used in the website are:

    • Ditty News Ticker
    • Executable PHP widget
    • Meta Slider
    • Minutes, Agendas and Newsletters
    • Role Scoper
    • WP Wunderground

    I disabled all of the plugins except for Meta Slider, but it still does not work. In fact, once I deactivate Role Scoper, the website doesn’t open at all, keeps loading.

    Role Scoper has been confirmed in the past to not be compatible with Meta Slider:

    You’ll need to contact the Role Scoper authors to work out why your sites not working when it’s disabled – that sounds wrong!

    Go in Roles/Options/Realm and then at the bottom of the page in Acces type unclick wiewing content(front end)
