meta login link has disappeared – I AM LOCKED OUT

Hello everyone – I was messing around with the appearance of my sidebar and somehow the “meta” section where there is a link to log in to the blog has completely disappeared after updating the blog. I am now LOCKED OUT of my blog! Can I get back in through my FTP client? I don’t think the problem is with my plug-ins, rather it is with the widgets that I have activated in the sidebar. What I would like to do is deactivate all widgets either via control panel or using my FTP client.

I would really appreciate some help here!
