Meta Log-In Disappeared from blog – How can I get to my dashboard

I put a new widget on my blog and didn’t realize it dislocated my meta log-in. How can I get to my dashboard to (a) remove the widget (b) reinstall my home page log-in and (c) start working.

I’m frantic…pls help!
