Meta Keywords – Default Values – Most commonly used

Hi, Newly I set 3 most commonly-used words for my pages. On the homepage i get my theme short codes counted as keywords (placed as meta keywords) e.g. [one_fourth], etc. The theme is html5. WP 3.5.1, your latest update. Any idea how this is possible? Thanks
