meta itemprop="ratingValue" in the body !

Hi,
I checked the source code of my website pages and I found this following code in the body:

I thought that meta itemprop should be <head> and not in the <body>.
By the way, google does not show my richnsippets.
Perhaps, google is not able to identify them because it is in the <body> …Thank you for feeed-back and support,
