Meta Description Fatal Error message

Hi,
I have just noticed that for only one of my pages the meta description being displayed by Google reads:

<b>Fatal error</b>: Call to a member function meta_title() on a non-object in <b>/home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/Sanix/header.php</b>

Please help!
