Meta Description doesn't work with qTranslate

  • Add to field Meta Description:
    <!–:en–>About us<!–:–><!–:ru–>О нас<!–:–>
    or
    [:en]About us[:ru]О Нас

    as a result:
    <meta name=”description” content=”<!–:en–>About us<!–:–><!–:ru–>О нас<!–:–>”>
    <meta name=”description” content=”[:en]About us[:ru]О Нас”>

    Is there any sulution to fix this problem?

    P.S. For Title all works fine

    It looks like the fact it’s (qTranslate) is commenting the code out…. have you reached out to their support team about this?
