I have one page on my site that shows up in google search, but does not display the meta description. Google says “no information available for this Page”. All my other pages are fine…just this one and I am not aware of anything that I have done differently on that page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @candyg333

Thanks for reaching out about the meta description. I can confirm the same as you, but I see this in the page source:

<meta name=description content="Feast Days & Catholic events in around the world. Great information for Catholic travelers.">

Does this match what you have entered in the Yoast SEO plugin as the meta description for that page?

Yes, it matches what I have.

This means the Yoast SEO plugin is working as expected. Have you?added your site to Google Search Console? Then, you could?request indexing?for that URL so Google can update their index.

It should already be indexed, although I have some pages that show “Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag” I’m not a coder, so not sure what to do about that.

The designer of the MyCalendar plug-in said it was a problem with EZOIC,

Upon inspecting the robots.txt file https://thecatholictravelguide.com/robots.txt we do see the given URL is blocked from crawling by Google thus, you’re not seeing the meta description information on the search result. To address this issue, you need to remove that line from the robots.txt file and request indexing?for that URL so Google can update its index.
