Meta description and keywords to being transferred from Catalyst theme

I have been using the Catalyst theme, and have SEO data entered into the posts using the Catalyst SEO tools. I have just changed themes, installed Yoost’s WordPress SEO, and used SEO Data Transporter to try to transfer the SEO data over WordPress SEO. But only the SEO titles have come through. Anything that was in the Meta Description and Meta Keywords seems to have gotten lost… It was there previously, but after switching themes neither WordPress SEO nor SEO Data Transfer are picking them up.
It says that SEO Data Transfer supports Catalyst. So is this a bug that the meta description and keywords are not transferred?
