    Hello, I would like to add the description for when my site shows up in search engines and also when it is shared on Facebook. How do I do that?

    probably need an SEO plugin that generates meta

    alternatively, if you are comfortable editing, you can add it in header.php

    make sure you do edits over FTP, not from the appearance – editor, as php errors will lock you out of the site
