Meta boxes overlap post

I have the latest version of WordPress and of the Gutenberg plugin. I have found that, after writing and publishing a post in Gutenberg, if I then go back to edit the post, it is often overlapped by the various meta boxes that should follow beneath it. In such cases, I have had to revert to classic mode in order to access the part of the post that I wish to edit.
