All of a sudden meta blocks, like Yoast SEO, don’t move to the bottom/work when editing/creating a post. I am no developer, but tried to fix this myself. My site is pretty new, so first I deactivated pretty much everything, but no fix. Next, I thought maybe the theme I had was causing it. I didn’t care for the theme much anyways, so I switched themes to Astra, but no fix. Lastly, I went online and found a group of folks on a GitHub forum — https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/11378 ) — saying some code helped, so I tried to copy and paste the same into the function.php of the free Astra theme. Again, I’m no developer, so I broke my site. My hosting platform got me back in, but I’m pretty defeated when it comes to trying to fix this meta box issue at this point. The meta blocks not moving and overlaying the post content makes creating/editing any post near impossible. I’d put a picture on here showing it, but I’m not sure how to do that (there are some photos of how it looks on that GitHub forum post). I’m using a laptop with Google Chrome and Windows 10. My current theme is Astra, I’m on WordPress version 5.2.3, and the only plugins I have activated are the following:

    Akismet Anit-Spam
Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights
    Really Simple SLL
    UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
    Yoast SEO

Any help would be greatly appreciated! At this point I am not sure what to do, or where to go.
