Meta Box doesn't work

Hi there,
great plugin. But the meta box on the pages & posts edit pages doesn’t work.
I’ve default setting: “Don’t fire” because i only want to have it on special pages.
Then i set the meta Box on Status “on”, but the popup doesn’t work. Only when i set the default option to “Fire on posts&pages”
Also, there is no traffic light:
