    Hello,

    Our Marketing team reported that the results of the “Purchase” event is showing wrong in the ADS after we activated the API.

    There is some way to identify if he have some problem in the integration?

    Looks like the problem is in the integration between our system and Pixel Manager (Meta API). Thank you!

    Meta API support is only available in the paid version of the Pixel Manager.

    Due to forum rules, we are not allowed to answer support requests about features of the paid version of the Pixel Manager. You have to send your support request to [email protected]
