Please send a list including the CSS classes assigned to each field in the Billing section.

Or alternatively:

• expand all field settings
• select the Appearance tab everywhere
• take a screenshot

Please send the system status available in WooCommerce > Status.

Also check if the problem occurs when the default CSS classes for the fields are restored. Everywhere except first and last name there should be form-row-wide instead of form-row-first/last.

How is the required option set for the Region/Provincia field?

The field Region/Provincia is required and can not be changed (disabled).

Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce the issue on the test installation despite setting the same parameters.

Please check if it is caused by another plugin. Follow the troubleshooting steps:

1. Disable plugins which are not ours or WooCommerce.
2. Then enable plugins one by one and check if the issue still exists.

Please let me know about the result.

The issue dissapears when disable “Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce”.

I’m talking with plugin’s author and will come back with further info.

I leave you the solution provided by the author of “Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce” in case it was useful for someone else.

Put in the “functions.php” file of the child theme snippet below:

add_action( 'wp_loaded', function() {
    WC()->countries->locale = array();
}, 16 );
