Messy code, very slow loading in mobile, WooCommerce issues

It looks great at first but after having purchased it there are some issues that really need to be fixed before selling a full price version at $39.
It loads slowly in mobile, as shown in Google Site Kit.
Menu and cart icons on mobile are very strangely placed.
Many headers are not centered over the WooCommerce products.
The checkout design for pro and basic versions are extremely different. The pro one looks worse and just looks broken in some places.
The WooCommerce product short descriptions don’t even show up on the product page.
No refunds available. Paid $39 for garbage that looks like amateur work. Definitely don’t touch the pro version if you don’t know how to do your own HTML/CSS modifications. Even if you can, don’t touch this because it’ll cost you extra in time to fix everything.
Basic works better if that’s all you need, but uncertain if it’s still slower loading in mobile so be wary.
