We’d tried to replicate the error and we found the footer isn’t broken. Actually due to combination of ‘Kirki Customizer Framework + ReviewX,’ there is an extra white background (attachment gif: https://bit.ly/2YqiEGy)

We’ll be removing that white space in the next update and will let you know as well. But if you contact our support (https://reviewx.io/support/) then team will take care immediately.
