• I use about 10 custom field to add information to thousands of pages. This plugins (for some reason) also uses the custom fields to store information. I added hundreds of alert boxes to my website and for EVERY single box there is a NEW CUSTOM FIELD added, resulting in hundreds and hundreds of custom field labels on every single page in my wp-admin screen. Can’t even properly find my own labels in there and had to rename all my labels with an exclamation markt in front to keep them on top of the list.

Why the hell is this plugin creating new labels for every single box? Just use ONE label and then store information about that label as a value ONLY on the page used.

    hi @twistedworld,
The primary purpose of post_meta was to allow each page to be set to display alerts or not.
Thanks to your comment, the next version will no longer have this situation.

    Great man,

I already solved the problem by using the plugin “Advanced Custom Fields” so I don’t see the default WordPress Custom Fields in my editor any longer. Really appreciate the feedback though. The way the alert boxes are shows is really nice.
