    Hello, Can I ask what’s the problem with this plugin, I’ve configured it properly but the icon wouldn’t appear on the website I’m developing. This problem occurred when I updated this plugin to its latest version. I hope someone could help!

    Hi, I had the problem also. My anti-virus was blocking the facebook plugin on all browsers on my computer. After I deactivate the private navigation module of Kaspersky, the facebook chat plug in appear again and work properly.
    Hope it can help.
