Hi, I think I found the solution to this language issue.

    What I did was:

    1. Update the Facebook Chat Plugin
    2. Edit Chat Plugin Configuration
    3. Change the language to any language then SAVE
    4. Change back to English then SAVE
    5. Clear Desktop and Mobile browser CACHE
    6. The Chat back to English language

Hopefully, this will be helpful in your case. Cheers ??

    Update!

After 3 days, the Chat Messenger back to the Vietnam language again so the above fix was only a temporary fix.

Please help with this issue. Thank you

Same issue here. I’ve been trying to update it for the last couple of days and it still going back to Vietnamese language plugin. Please help!

I have the same problem and checked other local websites and they have the same language change issue. So the problem is from Facebook side. Hope they will fix it soon.

Yes, I also noticed it in other websites. This is clearly a bug they need to fix asap.

I am having the same issue. The language turns into Thai all of sudden. I have been trying to fix it for a week but it is all temporary and it gets back to Thai after a day or two.
All language settings are in ENG-US, but still does not fix the problem.

I find the same problem on my website which is not powered by WordPress and does not utilize this plugins. After searching thru Facebook document and the UI of Business Suite, I find no resolution.

Although I am Thai staying in Thailand, my chat plugin displayed in Vietnamese, Arabic and English, from time to time, from browser to browser.

Thank you all and this community, I finally find it that it is Facebook bug. Let’s enjoy waiting for their fix.
