Messenger not showing on Chrome or on mobile

Hi,

I have the Messenger plugin installed for a client’s website. We want it to display on all pages for both desktop and mobile.

By deleting the Askimet Anti-Spam plugin, I was able to make it work for Safari on desktop only. It still does not work for Chrome, or for any browsers on mobile. For Chrome, sometimes the first page will load it, but then it won’t load again. It has never worked on mobile.

There are no country or age restrictions for the Facebook page. Everything is set up correctly. The https and http domains are whitelisted. The plugin settings are set to show on all pages. I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin as well as deleting and going back through the set up multiple times. I have tried deactivating other plugins. I have cleared the cache and browsing history. I have tried installing the plugin code manually into the footer. None of the things I’ve tried have worked, and I’m not sure what else I can try but we need this working as soon as possible! Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
