Messenger not showing in Safari and Edge

I have the same problem. The messenger bubble doesn’t show up in Safari – only in Chrome. Come on Facebook… you should be able to do cross-browser compatibility testing by now. How could you expect people to enthusiastically start using the Facebook Messenger chat if you develop it so half-heartedly?

If you see the FAQ it states:

We have temporarily disabled Messenger customer chat plugin on Safari 12 while we work to resolve issues.

My facebook account disabled, cant i used facebook plugin? Disabled with no reason.

Any ETA on a fix for this? We need it working in Safari!
