Messenger not showing

  • Hi,

    the plugin doesn’t seem to be working. I do the initial setup, but the Messenger chat bubble is not showing on the site. I re-tried many times – same. No errors either. Using latest WP with Enfold theme.

    Wow! 3 weeks and fb just ignore?? i wonder do they really care about this plugin.
    By the way, what i found is, disable the plugin, then re-enable back. clean cache, then its load

    In the plug-in settings page, try changing sdk.js to sdk/xfbml.customerchat.js
