    Hello,

    I think a few people have had the same issues, but I didn’t see how you resolved them.

    Customers can click on the Messenger icon, and send a message. They actually see the business Facebook page that they’re talking with, Explorer Camps, but once they send the message it’s lost.

    I never recieve anything at all. Even though I can see clearly the message has been sent to the right Facebook group.

    Any sugestions?

    We’ve discussed this issue over email, and the problem wasn’t related to Chaty (it was related to another Facebook Messenger app). Issue solved ??
