    The messenger integration does not appear to be working.

    I’ve ticked the box to activate, but nothing happens.

    I have Spanish language option selected.

    I see other people have posted about this problem, but don’t see any solutions?

    Does this option work?

    Thanks for writing in with your question! Yes indeed, the messenger function should work, so I’d be happy to look into this further for you.

    One problem we sometimes see is when the WooCommerce store hasn’t been whitelisted from within Facebook’s settings. You can check this by opening up the Facebook page > clicking Settings from the top navbar > Advanced Messaging and making sure your WooCommerce store is listed under the Whitelisted Domains section. https://cloud.skyver.ge/X6uoRmr5
