Messenger Icon disappear – Just visible few seconds

  • HI,
    I install plugin and setup all this as per documents. but messenger icon not visible.
    if active login session of facebook it will be visible.

    I try to create code manually from facebook Pages->Page setting->messaging->Add Messenger to your website and paste generated code after body tag start. but still it not visible.

    I try many solution like below :
    i adding fzbml and version like this : https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk/xfbml.customerchat.js#xfbml=1&version=v10.0 but still not working

    aslo added 

    FB.init({
	appId            : 'facebook app id',
   	autoLogAppEvents : true,
        xfbml            : true,
        version          : 'v10.0'
    });

    but still not visible messenger icon.

    please help me to fixing this issue.

    Hi @elena7demon,

    This support forum is for the WordPress plugin specifically, so if you’ve pasted the code manually, we might not be able to help you. In any case, it looks like the Messenger icon on your site is being covered up by the WhatsApp icon. You could try changing the position of the icon in the setup flow?

    i already change the position of icon but same issue. aslo this is same issue in plugin also i’ll remove script for manually and active this plugin but still this is not visible pls check i’ll active plugin and setup from plugin. and set icon bottom : 200px.

    please check what’s the issue. now it’s from plugin.

    Hi @elena7demon,

    Having looked into this further, I am still of the position that this is a display issue caused by conflicts with the WhatsApp plugin. Could I ask you to try removing the WhatsApp plugin, and seeing if the Facebook Chat plugin functions correctly then?
