    Hi @nobletariq,

    It looks like you have 3 different instances of the Chat plugin running on your site in parallel. Did you try adding it via direct code install? Can I ask you to remove all instances of the Chat plugin, and only use our Official WordPress plugin to install the Chat plugin?

    It looks like we had an issue on our side with the allowlisting of domains. This has now been resolved. Can I ask you to go through the set up process from the start, one more time?

    Please also remove the duplicate instances of the plugin, for smooth operation.
