Messenger chat window won’t close

Hi, I am using the Mobile Monkey plugin for website chat, as well as the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin to sync my Facebook store. I have recently encountered an issue where the chat window won’t close when I click the “minus” button. It sounds like other Facebook for Woocommerce users have experienced a similar issue:

Being unable to close the chat window has also been reported by another website visitor, but it seems not every visitor has this issue.

They say that the issue is in conflict with another Facebook script loaded by the plugin Facebook for WooCommerce and the only option we have is to disable the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin.
