Messenger Chat not displaying on website

  • Hi, I installed the plugin for FB chat, made sure it’s published, activated etc but it’s not showing on mobile or desktop. Please help?

    I think it’s safe to say nobody has fixed it. Everyone I talk to is having trouble and can’t get answers from Facebook.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. The root of the bug was identified last night and a fix was released that should address the issue with the setup page not publishing back to WordPress.
    If you had an issue with the plugin not showing up, try the following:
    – return to the chat plugin settings page.
    – click the “edit chat plugin” or the “setup chat plugin” button.
    – click “publish” on the popup.
    – reload your page.
    If that doesn’t resolve your issues, please let us know.
