Messed with my theme settings

Hi there,
For some reason as soon as I installed this plugin and copied the shortcode into a Visual Editor widget on my home page, the following happened: https://www.eboot.in

Not only did the slider not show up at the very end but my logo was for some reason inserted into the navigation bar and is now permanent. I tried deactivating the plugin and restoring previous revisions but it’s stuck there. I fear it may have tempered with some of my theme settings or something. I’m new to WordPress so I don’t really know too much of the ins and outs of it but has anyone ever encountered this kind of problem before and how can I fix it?
