Messed Up Website Address or Site Address = NO ACCESS!

In an effort to ditch the temporary name of the website to the correct company name I have managed to change the Website Address URL OR the Site Address URL OR Both! This has proved to be a two weeks of agony, potentially unrecoverable mistake. I am now not able to access log-in, admin or any aspect of my temporary page.
I can go 3 ways here…
1. figure out how to “undo” my self inflicted damage.
2. create a new one and figure out how to upload my SQL back-up to the new one.
3. create a new one from scratchWhy on earth would WordPress make this mistake so easily accessible and provide zero support when needing it corrected.
