Messed Up product page

    Hi. My single product page gets broken when i use this plugin. If i deactivate it, the product page looks fine and normal.

    I have currently deactivated it due to obvious reasons of giving a smooth experience to my visitors and potential customers.

    Thanks for contacting us. Could you please let us know the activated theme on your website? Recommend you to run a theme and plugin compatibility check on the site to see if there is any conflict.

    i am using Blocksy theme. You can find the screenshot plugin configuration on this link.

    ps: i have also tried to run it with the StoreFront theme. But the product page is broken on that too. Disabling your plugin fixes the layout no matter what theme.

    This suggests that you may have configured custom template product pages using Elementor or other third-party plugins, which could be causing conflicts on the product pages. As mentioned in the previous reply raising a support ticket with us and sharing the stage site access with us will help us find the root cause and fix if there is any issue with the plugin.

    Hi. I am not using any custom elementor template for product page. However, I suspected the Custom Product Tabs by Yikes plugin as that is supposed to change the page. Sadly, deactivating that plugin did not fix the issue as well. So I ended up deacting every plugin except for WooCommerce itself along with Elex discount plugin. But the problem was still there.
