Messed Up Permalinks – please help

  • I had to re-upload all of my images, now they aren’t attached to the posts anymore.
    My Permalink structure is /%postname%/

    Post URL:
    wp/artful-dodge/ ?- no image showing in post

    Image URL:
    wp/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/rusty-old-truck.jpg- image address OK

    Attachment Page URL:
    wp/artful-dodge/rusty-old-truck/ – no image
