After plugin updates I got this message and my site went offline. Temp fixed it by renaming ATUM plugin folder via FTP. How to fix this so I can safely reactivate ATUM?

    Hi kenk11,

Thank you very much for the post.

Sorry to hear you have issues. I am guessing that was the first ATUM activation, correct? You need to try to install fresh copy and active. (make sure PHP is larger than 5.6 and your WC and WP is up to date). That way you are sure the above was a failed installation. Sometimes for no reason installation of a plugin fails and some files get left out.

Let me know after you tried to install a fresh copy and activate.

Please, delete the folder you renamed.

IT wasn’t the first activation and I used ATUM for several months. Just updated other plugins (Woocommerce, WPML CMS) and then site went offline with ATUM error as copied in 1st post here. So I’m quessing there is no compatibility with latest WPML and WOocommerce?

    Hi k,

Thank you very much for your reply.

All our sites are running and fully compatible with WC 3.4.3 and WPML 4.0.4 that is out since the beginning of July.

Update: The full compatibility should now be handled by WPML, but our senior dev is now testing different setups. He things the error is coming out of WPML under some specific circumstances. Bare with me K, please?

    Best Regards,

    Pavel

    news from the dev:

“I’ve checked last WPML version and it is working properly in our installs (and in the staging sites).

I’ve checked the error and the user may have something out of date or maybe a customized functionality that is causing the issue with the latest WPML.

So we’ll need access to check the problem.”

Now, k, I can not ask you for access as that is forbidden on this forum.

If you need and want our help to check your site thoroughly, please, do open a ticket.

    Thank you,

    Pavel
