Thanks for clarifying which plugin you’re trying to use. I downloaded and activated the “IProperty Real Estate Agent” free version from the WordPress Repository and ran some tests.
I was able to set up a company, an agent and publish a property listing.
I encountered “uploader errors” trying to add images to the Gallery, but the images were uploaded and visible in the gallery.
I got some PHP notices (non-fatal errors) when previewing my draft:
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in C:\Users\dlingren\Documents\My Data\Data Files\Web Design\VirtualHosts\wpectest\wp-content\plugins\intellectual-property-basic\post_types\property\setup.php on line 67

I am not sure what you meant when you said “created a folder to add images“. If you can tell me the steps you followed to do that I will give it a try. So far, I have not experienced any serious problems or data loss with both “IProperty Real Estate Agent” and Media Library Assistant activated.
