• EDIT: I had an issue when I first installed. Header image went away, control panel CSS was messed up. I think this was because the Critical CSS file generator did not complete. When I saw these issues, I deactivated and uninstalled, and they did not go away. I re-downloaded, created the Critical CSS file again to completion, and those issues went away. The file takes a while to generate, but beware, because if it doesn’t load completely, may create issues that don’t resolve on deactivation. I would take a backup before activating/using this plugin.

The CSS setting seems to be working fine. The delay JavaScript does this weird thing where if I click on my homepage from Google search results, it will flash the homepage with menus enlarged, etc. It only does this when I am logged into wordpress.com, so it seems more like a weird glitch (on multiple browsers, mobile and desktop). I don’t really care since it does not affect users.

I don’t notice a subjective difference in speed (site is already fast), but GTMetrix says my site is more optimal, so I’m going to go with that.
