Messed up coding on forums?

Is it everything ok with coding on wordpress forums?

I dunno if it’s related only to PL, but polish letters are not “converted” properly.

I work with CSS and I pasted the infolinks script on the bottom-.shtml file that I have which is on the template at the bottom and does not have anything to do with the bottom navigation, gl-468×60 include or the google search file. Now after doing a quick re-upload my bottom and side navigation disappeared as well as my link to SBI. I just pasted the script as infolinks gave it to me on this includes file!!!

How can I fix this problem?
