Messed up Blog link help!

Hi guys, i had wordpress setup up working fine on my website https://www.jacksonzhao.com/blog until i changed the wordpress blog link by accident under settings. Now i cannot access /wp-admin, gives a file not found and my blog is pretty much non existant. Can anyone guide me on how to change the setting back through my website’s Cpanel? thank you!
