Messages or chat or mail

Hello guys! I need to know if exists a plugin that allows to create a any type of chat in a page saving all messages in a database. Both the one and the other must be able to see all messages sent and received. In other words in my site the user can be able to chat with an operator throught a page and thought that page both the user and the operator can ever see all exchanged messages. Can anyone help me?
